Build robust monitoring and observability systems using Datadog and modern tooling
Establish SLI/SLO frameworks and lead incident response procedures
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Kubernetes
Optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
Collaborate on microservices architecture using Rust, TypeScript, and Node.js

Required Qualifications
"Technical Foundation"
7+ years hands-on software development experience
Proven SRE team experience or equivalent infrastructure reliability roles
Expert-level cloud architecture design and operations (Google Cloud preferred)
Production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Strong Infrastructure-as-Code practices and CI/CD pipeline development
Web application development and production operations background
Business-level Japanese communication skills

"Valuable Additional Skills"
Business-level English proficiency for international collaboration
Distributed systems architecture and operations experience
Backend development experience with statically-typed languages
Advanced monitoring platform experience (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.)
Experience building SRE culture within growing organizations
SRE leadership experience in 50+ engineer organizations
