The Role

• Manage daily accounting activities including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with JGAAP and IFRS
• Oversee tax filings, compliance, and coordination with tax advisors
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies
• Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to process improvements

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in financial services or consulting
• Strong knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• 7,000,000 yen - 9,000,000 yen
