Job Description

• Liaison with design, development and NPI teams to support enhanced test requirements for new products through the support of new test capabilities.
• Optimize existing test processes in characterization and reliability to improve efficiency and reduce costs through test automation.
• Support execution of test requirements for DOE (Design of Experiment) and product spec optimization.
• Manage test engineers responsible for specification and test execution of new design during NPI in Japan.
• Devise and judge solutions based on limited information with longer term view for impacting strategic goals and objectives.
• Create formal networks with key decision makers and widely recognized as expert and thought leader by both internal and external community.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Science with min 15 years of experience. 
• Strong problem solving and innovative skills.
• Experience with automation of test systems and methodology.
• Knowledge of RF and Mixed Signal Test Instrumentation and methods.
• Background in lab testing including design and implementation of experiments.
• Strong product engineering support skills for test debug in lab and in production line.
• Understanding of wafer fabrication process is considered an asset.
