このポジションでは、国内外問わず様々なチームと協業して複数のイニシアティブを推進し、欠かせないビジネスパートナーであるベンダー様の抱える課題の解決、VX (Vendor Experience)改善を通じたビジネス拡大をリードします。そのための事業本部全体の戦略策定・実行を担い、主にベンダー向けの新機能・新サービス導入、ブランド・商品の登録管理の効率化を担当します。

Entertainment Media (CD, DVD/BD, Video Games, PC Software) aspire to provide the most amazing customer experience on Earth through collaboration with vendors and the utilization of Amazon's advanced technology, as well as to drive successful business with these vendors.
In this position, you will lead multiple initiatives by collaborating with various teams both domestically and globally, and serve as an essential business partner to vendors by resolving their challenges and driving business expansion through VX (Vendor Experience) improvements. You will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall business unit strategy, focusing on introducing new features/services for vendors, and improving the efficiency of brand and product listing management.
We are looking for someone with strong project management experience in handling highly complex projects, logical thinking skills for problem-solving, a long-term perspective beyond temporary improvements, excellent communication abilities to achieve close collaboration globally, and a passion for proactively driving projects.
Key job responsibilities
* Ent-Mediaのビジネスを支える事業本部全体のVX戦略と、ベンダー様の課題解決を行うイニシアティブを担当します。
* 様々なレベルのオプションを適切に活用し、ビジネス拡大の基盤となるチーム並びにベンダー様の業務効率化を推進します。
* 膨大な社内データに加えて、お客様・ベンダー様・チームメンバーからの定性データを自ら収集・分析して課題を特定し、必要なアクションを立案・実行します。
* 国内外のチームと協業し、新しい機能やテクノロジーの導入、お客様・ベンダー様の課題を解決する新規イニシアティブの立案をリードします。

* You will be responsible for the overall VX (Vendor Experience) strategy of Entertainment Media, as well as initiatives to resolve challenges faced by our vendors.
* You will drive the efficiency of both the supporting team and our vendors by appropriately leveraging various options to expand the business.
* In addition to extensive internal data, you will proactively collect and analyze qualitative feedback from customers, vendors, and team members to identify issues, and then formulate and execute necessary actions.
* You will lead the collaboration with domestic and global teams to introduce new features and technologies, as well as to develop new initiatives to solve challenges for our customers and vendors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
