Your Role: Staffing Coordinator

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting top-tier talent, managing client needs, and delivering exceptional hiring experience .

You will:

• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job postings to onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing goals and timelines
• Support payroll and administrative duties as needed

• Previous experience in staffing, HR coordination, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A client-first mindset and a talent for relationship building
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
• A flexible, adaptable attitude - we move fast and so do you
• Sales or business development experience (an asset but not required)
