- Team Leadership and Management: Work directly with the leadership team to ensure daily store responsibilities are on track, support the needs of the team, and report on the value of their contributions.
- Customer Service and Fulfillment: Create a customer-centric culture, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and oversee client needs and interests.
- Inventory Management: Organize and prepare inventory for the sales floor, monitor inventory levels, and ensure items are prepared accordingly.
- Operations Management: Responsible for organizing the weekly schedule and ensuring the availability of the team members for various initiatives and projects. This collaborative effort will play a vital role in optimizing the team's performance and maximizing the success of the store.
- Organize collaboration meetings between store locations to facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for the Leadership team, including sales information, customer metrics, and other relevant data.
- Performance Management: Responsible for managing the performance and conducting reviews for direct reports, ensuring that the team continues to thrive and excel.
- Store Maintenance: Responsible for general store operations such as opening and closing, store security, checklists and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and guiding a team.
- Demonstrated expertise in style and design within the clothing and/or fashion industry.
- Excellent relationship management skills to meet the needs of our clients and team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including listening, information gathering, and sound judgment to always act in the best interest of the client.
- Being independent and capable of problem-solving and performing certain tasks without direct supervision.
- Proficiency with MS Office and inventory software would be an asset.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Travel may be required to stores and events.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated mentorship, coaching, and training skills to guide the team.
- Excellent customer service skills to demonstrate and lead our brand.
- Ability to problem solve and focus on solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail, tech-savvy, and creative.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for 40 hours per week.
