Pearson College UWC is recruiting for a Student Wellness Coordinator
Reporting to: Deputy Head of College – Academics
Position Summary:
The Student Wellness Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating a comprehensive wellness curriculum and support strategy for students and advisors. This role involves leading the delivery of wellness programming, guiding the advising structure with support from the Dean of Students, and aligning wellness efforts with UWC values and the IB ATL skills framework. The position supports student development by identifying key areas for growth in accountability, resilience, and values-based learning in collaboration with faculty and the education leadership team.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) for a fixed term of 9 months (from September 1 to May 31) with a flexible schedule and is renewed annually. The position is based at Pearson College UWC in Metchosin, approximately a 40-minute drive from downtown Victoria, BC. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $42.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes vacation pay with additional paid time off during Christmas, extended health & dental coverage, and on-site meal program.
