Tax Associate Lawyer

Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work on a wide range of matters primarily for privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, including:

• Corporate and personal tax planning
• Estate planning and farm taxation
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Tax objections and litigation support

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience practicing tax law
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively
• Enrollment in or completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course (or similar) is preferred
• A CPA designation is an asset, but not required
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and modern communication/collaboration tools
