■Company Profile
As a major foreign-affiliated manufacturing company, it is particularly strong in the electronics and semiconductor-related fields, and has several plants and offices in Japan. With a stable management base, the company is in a phase that requires a high level of expertise by senior management, as it is promoting cooperation with overseas groups and compliance with international standards in the areas of finance and taxation.

■The Role
This is a senior position to lead all financial and tax operations. The position will be responsible for a wide range of areas including planning and implementation of tax strategies based on international and Japanese GAAP, transfer pricing documentation, tax effect accounting, tax return handling, and tax audit handling.

-Review tax reports based on tax effect accounting and international standards
-Prepare and check domestic tax returns (corporate tax, consumption tax, business office tax, etc.)
-Respond to international tax and transfer pricing documentation
-Respond to tax audits and provide tax-related internal advisory
-Cooperate with global departments using English (meetings, reports, etc.)

■Your Skills
-15+ years of tax experience (business companies, accounting firms, audit firms, etc.)
-Experience in tax effect accounting and tax return review
-Fluent level Japanese and business level English
