This role is for a dedicated and professional TEAM LEAD in Content Moderation that will be responsible for supervising team performance and perform hands-on content moderation.

Description

The position involves monitoring live streams and pre-uploaded videos (in English and Japanese) to ensure compliance with established regulations. As a Team Lead, you will also be in charge of checking the quality of team members performance.

* Monitor live feeds for potential rule violations.
* Ensure audio content follows regulatory guidelines.
* Check for restricted words and inappropriate content.
* Check quality of Team's performance

Profile

The Team is looking for candidates who are ready to start working soon, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, and with the following main qualifications:

* Good level of English language
* Fluent level of Japanese (fluent N1 and up)
* Willing to work weekend shift
* Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
* Capacity to supervise Team performance quality
