Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimize SAP HANA systems and environments
Collaborate with internal technical and front-end teams to support system users (approx. 300 internal users)
Perform system maintenance, patches, performance tuning, and updates

Manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Assist in the execution of SAP HANA-related projects
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Document processes and procedures clearly and accurately
Stay current with emerging technologies and SAP best practices

Qualifications
10+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years focused on SAP HANA administration
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)
Experience supporting internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and within a team structure
Comfortable with shifting priorities and multitasking in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
SAP certification (preferred)
Experience in AS400 administration including backups (preferred)
