Technical Project Manager:(Business/Fluent Japanese needed)

We are hiring for our client, a marketing technology venture company established in the 2010s that is now part of a major technology enterprise group, supporting organizations in the responsible and efficient utilization of artificial intelligence. A diverse team of 75 members from 9 countries is based at the Shibuya office, developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who emphasizes servant leadership and technical excellence to drive the successful delivery of AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality AI solutions
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between clients, engineering, product, and design teams
Implement and maintain robust project management processes aligned with CI/CD practices
Support mentoring and professional growth of team members
Drive data-driven decision making in project planning and execution

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in technical project management (preferably in AI or software development fields)
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes
Excellent leadership skills focused on servant leadership principles
Fluent in both Japanese (for client communication) and English (for internal communication)
Experience with cloud technologies and modern development practices
