Test Engineer Aversan Inc. () is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace, defence, and space industries.

We are currently seeking a qualified Test Engineer . The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop advanced automated test stations for satellite antenna production.

Responsibilities

• Interface with design team.
• Analysis of test requirements.
• Definition of test methods and techniques.
• Definition of test and test data processing resources.
• Drafting of test plans, procedures and reports.
• Development of software applications and automatic RF test and measurement procedures.
• Coding and validation of test sequences.
• Test follow-up and operations support according to required specialization:
  • RF in PIM, Nearfield or Compact Test Range
  • RF in Active Electronics, Burn-In
  • Power in Electronic Power Converters
  • Metrology in flight unit alignment
  • Mechanics for thermal testing

Basic Qualifications

• Sc. or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics.
• Must have a background in electrical engineering or physics with a strong foundation in electromagnetics or microwaves, as well as good programming skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Sense of initiative, good team coordination skills and a desire to improve test techniques.
