With a rapidly growing operation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tire Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient, safe, and organized operation of our large warehouse facility.

Position Summary: As the Tire Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in managing daily operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, storage, and distribution of a high volume of tires. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse activities including inbound and outbound tire shipments, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of tire inventory.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and minimize loss.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, including efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Supply chain
• Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Ability to lift heavy tires and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
