McDaniels Auto Group is GROWING! We are looking for an experienced title and billing clerk to join our accounting office. We welcome you to apply for a position where you can contribute to our goal of providing an extraordinary automotive experience to all of our clients. What You'll Do:

• Process vehicle sales paperwork
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Prepare title documents
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensure all information is complete
• Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles to the Comptroller at the end of the month
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Prepare payoff checks for trade-in vehicles

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Automotive Dealership Title Clerk experience required
• Dependable with a good work ethic
