Qualification :

A senior position to drive Veeva CRM platform solution with Project team, Client Business team & BTS

• Strong people management expertise with technical support management roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
• Work collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking
• Identify and proactively manage technical risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners
• Work closely with Delivery Managers and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs
• Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, training and delegate responsibilities to managers enabling their professional growth and development
• Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems in Veeva and Myinsight
• Ability to work on competing priorities under tight timelines and delivery pressures. Analytical bent of mind to understand data and derive actionable insights
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical and soft-skills training for direct reports

Essential Skills: Veeva CRM, MyInsight & Salesforce Platform Knowledge

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
