Join an in-house marketing team to support and coordinate all aspects of video production and post-production.

Help bring compelling stories to life across digital and live event platforms.

Description

Coordinate workflows and act as a central point of contact for video production and post-production tasks
*

Manage content scheduling, delivery, and archiving of video assets
*

Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure high-quality execution of video projects
*

Support on-site shoots with logistical coordination and content supervision
*

Capture and edit various video formats including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and event coverage
*

Edit video content for use on social media, events, and corporate communications
*

Localize international video content for the Japanese market through translation and subtitling
*

Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices
*

Contribute to other production-related duties as needed

Profile

*

1-2 y.e.a.r.s of professional video production experience
*

Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
*

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
*

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
*

Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
*

Familiar with Mac/PC and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*

Experience with shooting equipment or on-set support is a plus
*

N.a.t.i.v.e in Japanese and at least conversational English
*

Passionate about visual storytelling and interested in wellness or lifestyle brands
