Join our team as a Weekend Warrier RPN
Community visit position, palliative program
Permanent Full Time, 70 Hours Bi-weekly
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 830-430pm
On Call Rotation 430p-830a with paid stipend & mileage, 1 in 3 weekends, or as needed
Pick up additional weekday visits, as available
Scheduling Area may include one or more client service areas: Guelph, Wellington North, Centre Wellington, Minto, Mapleton, Guelph Eramosa, Erin, Puslinch
Assigned area determined prior to start date.

Education - Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
- Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
- Valid CPR certification Palliative care certificate and/or experience a strong asset
- Community nursing experience an asset
Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide:
- A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening,
- Proof of being free from TB
- Two supervisory references
