Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a robust background in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a thorough understanding of window products. This role involves connecting with builders and construction companies to secure B2B orders and drive our business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and construction companies to generate B2B sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on our window products to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a related field.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of window products and the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $33,500.00-$76,000.00 per year
