What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive general dentistry;
• Perform diagnostics, restorative procedures, and preventive care;
• Manage a high patient volume while maintaining exceptional clinical standards;
• Present tailored treatment plans with clarity and confidence;
• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure top-tier patient experiences;
• Maintain compliance with all state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations;
• Leverage modern dental technology to optimize outcomes.

What You Bring:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school;
• Active Arkansas dental license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain);
• Clinical proficiency in restorative procedures and patient care;
• Strong communication skills and leadership mindset;
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-production environment;
• Willingness to relocate to Russellville, AR prior to start.
