Assistant Planner is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the short to medium-term inbound and outbound planning for Amazon's Fulfillment Network. They support the planners who create these plans, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure the successful execution of the inbound and outbound plans.

スペシャルフルフィルメントチームのS&OPアシスタントプランナーは、アマゾンのフルフィルメントネットワークの中短期の入出荷計画を作成するプランナーの日々のエグゼキューション業務や、複数のチームとの調整をサポートし、入出荷計画の確実な実行を行います。

Key job responsibilities
The Assistant Planner supports the creation of inbound and outbound plans across multiple product networks at Amazon, as well as the day-to-day execution of these plans. They also act as a coordinator between multiple teams during the course of their duties.
アシスタントプランナーは、アマゾンの複数のプロダクトネットワークの入出荷計画の作成、及び、日々の計画の実行をサポートします。また、業務を行う過程での複数のチームとの調整役も担って頂きます。
- Assist to create plans to optimize inventory placement, and executes the short-term strategy for JP Operations covers the planning horizon of 13 weeks.
- Execute daily demand and purchase order control.
- Set up system configuration
- Assist to coordinate with partner teams such as Retail business team, FBA business team, Fulfillment centers (FC), External Fulfillment (EF), Amazon Transport Service (ATS), Amazon logistics, Relay Operation Center (ROC), and Finance team.
- Data/Process analysis to root cause issues within existing processes and recommend improvements

- 日々の需要や調達調整業務
- 各種システムのセットアップ業務
- リテールビジネスチーム, フルフィルメントバイアマゾンビジネスチーム, フルフィルメントセンター/エクスターナルフルフィルメント, アマゾントランスポートサービス, アマゾンロジスティクス, リレーオペレーションセンター, ファイナンスといった複数のチームとの調整業務
- 既存の業務プロセスの課題を定義し、データをもとにした要因分析と改善の実施
About the team
The Special Fulfillment Team is a team within our Supply Chain Management organization that plans, implements, and operates new operations for innovative customer services. Although the team is relatively new, it has been steadily growing, and all members are enthusiastically taking on new challenges.
スペシャルフルフィルメントチームは、サプライチェーンマネジメントの組織において、新たな顧客サービスのための新しいオペレーションを計画・実行・運用するチームです。当チームは設立されて間もないものの、チームメンバーは着実に増加しており、全員が新しい課題に意欲的に取り組んでいます。
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- ・Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- ビジネスレベルの日本語で業務が遂行できること
- ・Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including data aggregation using VLOOKUP, absolute and relative references)
- エクセル中級以上（Vlookup, 絶対参照, 相対参照を用いた集計等）が使用できること
