FP&Aマネージャーは、財務的なインサイトを提供し、戦略的な意思決定を支援する重要な役割を担います。経営陣および各部門と密に連携しながら、ヨーロッパ全体の事業における予算策定、予測、業績分析、財務モデリングを担当していただきます。
年次予算、四半期ごとのフォーキャスト、長期財務計画の主導
経営戦略およびパフォーマンス向上を支える詳細な財務分析の提供
投資案件やシナリオプランニングのための財務モデルの構築・管理
差異分析やKPIを含む経営レポートパッケージの作成
各部門およびオペレーションチームと連携し、財務パフォーマンスの監視および責任の明確化を推進
M&A分析や設備投資計画のサポート
財務ツール、プロセス、レポート基準の継続的な改善
製造業や産業系企業でのFP&A経験5〜8年
Excelおよび財務モデリングに精通していること
ERPシステム（SAP、Oracleなど）およびBIツール（Power BI、Tableauなど）の使用経験
優れた対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力
英語および日本語でのビジネスレベルの言語能力
