Company Profile

A global manufacturing company who are in the midst of a major business transformation.

The Role

• You will work closely with cross-functional business leaders (especially manufacturing, procurement, and IT) to drive the company's current SAP HANA S4 implementation project.
• You'll lead a compact but capable team of 3-5 direct reports who will be managing global projects daily.
• The main goal is to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards across the manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain functions.

Your Skills

• High business level Japanese and English are mandatory.
• This role would suit an experienced Program Manager / Business Transformation / Master Black Belt, who has led global projects at a company that manufactures its' own products.
• You will also have experience of working on ERP / CRM / enterprise system implementation projects.
• Be able to travel to sites within Japan as appropriate (possibly up to 15-20%).
