We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organised Company Administrator to join our dynamic remote team. This position plays an integral role in our organisation’s success. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently, think on their feet, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities that contribute directly to the success of our remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing communications with clients, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments. Populate and distribute minutes from meetings promptly and accurately.
Answer phone calls, manage communications, and engage with clients professionally and effectively.
Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately.
Support various projects and initiatives across different departments.
Provide administrative support to different departments, stepping in to assist with various tasks as needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Grasp new concepts and tasks quickly and adapt to changes with ease.
You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and are comfortable working independently.
You are client-facing and able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and through email.
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You are proactive and able to take the initiative to get things done without constant supervision.
You are quick to adapt, grasp new tasks or information rapidly, and think on your feet.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Monday to Friday from 08:30am – 17:00pm (UK Hours)
R6500 - R8000 per month, depending on experience.
40 days of paid leave per year.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
Highly reliable and organized
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Must have own laptop and stable internet connection and facilities to work from home.
