Location: This is a hybrid opportunity around Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Gurugram.

About the role

As a Staff NetSuite Technical Consultant at SADA, an Insight company, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our internal business processes by leveraging your NetSuite expertise. You will collaborate with business leaders and end-users to understand their needs and design innovative solutions within the NetSuite platform. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams, enabling them to better serve our business. Along the way, you will get to:

• Partner with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Provide expert-level consulting and support on all aspects of the NetSuite platform, including CRM, ERP, Project Management, Reporting, and other relevant modules.
• Design, develop, test, and implement NetSuite customizations, SuiteScripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, requirements specifications, and design documents.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize NetSuite's features.
• Manage cross-functional NetSuite projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite releases, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other systems.

What we’re looking for

• BA or BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Consultant or Developer.
• NetSuite Certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, Administrator). 
• Deep understanding of NetSuite's functionality, features, and financial processes.
• Proven expertise in NetSuite customizations, SuiteScripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of core NetSuite modules and business processes, including Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
