Key Accountabilities

• Use your creativity and extent management expertise to captivate audience on our website, social media channels, e-mail direct mail, online marketing campaigns, digital advertisements.
• Perform regular website review as well as review of The Peninsula Tokyo’s online presence in third-party websites such as: OTAs, Ikyu, MyNavi, Luxa, etc. 
• Update website contents in a timely manner.
• Champion online hotel reputation management by maximizing Revinate to monitor and analyze guest comments and review.
• Lead and manage SNS channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Website, Advertising agency
• Collaborate with external influencers such as designers, artists, bloggers, and social media influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of the hotel’s customer segments and key stakeholders

General Requirements

• Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency
• Minimum2+ years of experiences in Content marketing with strong writing skills in both English and Japanese  
• Proficient in sourcing and managing content designed for online media.
• Previous marketing, communications, public relations or digital marketing experience specifically in web-related project management experience and web analytics
