In this role, you will work closely with the executive team and will be instrumental in developing strategy for continued portfolio growth as well as create policies that encourage efficiency and ensure the smooth running of operations.

You will build strong working relationships with top tier commercial /retail tenants nationally; oversee the financial and contractual obligations ensuring deliverables are met. With a focus on continued ROI, you will regularly visit sites and create action plans to improve the portfolio of properties.

This will be a pivotal role within the organisation, with a focus on strategy, operational excellence, and overall successful and continued growth of the company's ICI portfolio of properties.
