Job Description

This is a hybrid role combining Executive Assistant duties with interpretation support for the President. You will work closely with the President to manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and serve as interpreter during key business interactions.

Description

* Coordinate and support the President's schedule: arrange meetings, appointments, and handle visitor logistics
* Manage office operations: book meeting rooms, process expenses, and handle restaurant and taxi reservations
* Support special events and gifting: coordinate accommodations, prepare gifts, and manage seasonal greetings
* Provide interpretation: assist in internal and external meetings with department stores, vendors, and partners
* Prepare presentation materials for key discussions and meetings

Profile

* Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English; French is a plus
* High interpersonal and organizational skills, with a service-oriented mindset
* Experience in interpretation (JP/EN) is highly valued
* Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask across various administrative needs
