The Role

A Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance. Key duties include preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and assisting with long-term financial planning. The role also involves assessing business trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and collaborating with different departments to align financial goals with company strategy. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and proficiency in Excel are essential.

Your Skills

• Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, trends, and variances.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in creating and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Financial Modeling: Strong skills in building financial models to assess scenarios and predict outcomes.
• Excel/Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Expertise in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how financial performance impacts strategic decisions.
• Communication: Strong ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
