The Receptionist is responsible for providing customer assistance in person and over the phone, and assisting with clerical tasks to support the Sales and Business Office teams. Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect guests with the appropriate staff member for assistance.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • Sort files and documents alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance, etc. and create or update records with new files and information.
  • Store all paperwork and documents in designated places, ensuring confidential information is safeguarded.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to communicate and convey information effectively.
  • Cooperative, helpful and able to build rapport easily.
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Hours and Work Environment: This is a full-time onsite position offering a 4-day workweek. Hours are 7AM to 6:30PM Monday – Wednesday and 2PM to 8PM on Saturdays.
