The Role

Payroll and Data Management

• Manage monthly payroll data in collaboration with outsourcing vendors and the Japan HR team.
• Process employee taxes and benefits payments through vendor partnerships.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for accounting, working closely with the finance department.

HR Data Administration

• Maintain and update HR transactions in Workday, such as salary adjustments, cost center changes, and organizational/personal data updates.

Employee Support and Case Management

• Address employee inquiries via email, phone calls, and the internal service platform (ServiceNow).
• Provide proactive resolution to issues while ensuring a high level of service.

Collaboration and Vendor Coordination

• Work effectively with outsourcing vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless HR and payroll operations.

Compliance and Reporting

• Support adherence to labor laws, social security regulations, and organizational policies.
• Provide accurate and detailed insights related to payroll and HR processes.

Administrative Support

• Monitor attendance and accounting systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with regional colleagues to contribute to the company's HR operating model.

Learning and Process Improvement

• Continuously develop insights and improve workflows by analyzing implications of specific actions.
• Demonstrate agility and curiosity in learning new systems, tools, and processes.
• Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 from home

Your Skills
