Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the business by making sure HR activities match the company's goals, especially in the industrial and manufacturing fields. This role involves both planning and hands-on work in HR.

Description

Work with managers to plan and carry out HR strategies that support business goals.

Give advice on hiring plans, talent development, and keeping employees engaged.

Make sure the company follows Japanese labor laws and internal rules.

Support the performance review process and coach managers as needed.

Lead projects to improve employee satisfaction and company culture.

Manage hiring and onboarding for important roles.

Review HR data to find trends and suggest improvements.

Help solve conflicts and support good employee relations.

Profile

* We are hiring for potential - looking for someone who can grow with the role.
* Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR policy, employee relations (ER), or generalist HR (HRG).
* Strong interest in developing broader HR capabilities.
* Good understanding of basic HR practices and Japanese labor law.
* Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working closely with managers and teams across departments.
