• Digital Marketing: Implement SEO strategies and manage targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google to increase our visibility and reach.
• Social Media Management: Maintain an active and engaging presence on social media platforms, creating content that resonates with our diverse audience.
• Event Participation and Networking: Represent EmergiTEL at industry events and webinars, and foster strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
• Client and Candidate Experience Improvement: Utilize technology to streamline recruitment processes and establish effective feedback loops to refine our services.
• Personalized Communication: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and utilize CRM tools to maintain and deepen relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
