This CONTRACT role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a renowned retail brand as part of its marketing and communications team. The MarComm Staff will be responsible for executing and managing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Description

* Sample arrangement, Pick up/Return arrangement, Sample schedule adjustment
* Daily showroom maintenance
* Report to head office
* Arrangement of Press Materials, Press Release, Showroom Preparation
* Support for events (Press sample sale, Store event)
* Arrangement of press presentation and press day
* Manage magazine listings, daily clipping and communicate with office stores
* Support the team of Marketing & Communication in building a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with key global and local communications priorities
* Support the team of Marketing & Communication in ensuring all Marketing & communication / activities are consistent with company guidelines and brand integrity both internally and externally
* Line account arrangement

Profile

A successful MarComm Staff should have:

* Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Japanese language skills are a plus.press experience in the fashion industry (luxury brand is a plus)
* Enthusiasm for our brands
* University graduate or above
* Conversational level English preferred (only read & write okay)
* Native level Japanese
* PC Skills: Excel (V Look, Pivot), Word, Power Point
