Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Real Estate, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with marketing programs for Century Group’s development projects. The Coordinator is responsible for collaborating and supporting the Real Estate Marketing & Sales team on project marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and spearheading social media content creation and management.

 

Key Accountabilities

  1. Executing project marketing and lead generation campaigns in traditional and digital media, in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager. 

  2. Assisting the Real Estate Marketing & Sales team on new project launches, including branding, collateral, sales centre and display home set-up and openings, as directed.

  3. Liaising with outside vendors and creative agencies, including signage fabricators, interior designers, media buyers, PR, copywriters, model makers, photographers, videographers, and more.

  4. Creating and curating engaging content tailored for social media platforms, with a special focus on original short-form video.

  5. Managing CRM system and project marketing email campaigns.

  6. Assisting with advertising campaign roll-outs and media planning/buying, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing.

  7. Identifying and recommending emerging digital and social media marketing trends to remain current and ahead of the curve. 

  8. Coordinating moves and closings of display homes and sales centres.

  9. Planning and executing events, including catering, rentals, activations, logistics and on-site coordination.

  10. Maintaining project marketing website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.

  11. Monitoring marketing performance metrics and providing insights and recommendations for optimization (website, digital ads and social media).

  12. Coordinating promotional/branded products such as water bottles, keychains, doormats, etc., and homeowner closing gifts.

 

Education & Experience

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline (communications, marketing, business), complemented by at least two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Previous experience working in a real estate development environment is an asset but not required.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing.

  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content (photography, videography, and editing); knowledge of design tools is a plus.

  • Highly organized self-starter who is detail-oriented and can work well independently and in a team.

  • Ability to travel to other work sites - Driver's License (Class 5) required.
