Manager, Product Training will play a pivotal role in equipping the sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools to promote products effectively within the life science industry. This position, based in Tokyo, requires a strategic approach to training and a comprehensive understanding of Oncology drug.

Description

* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team focused on Oncology Product
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with the company's strategic objectives.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements as needed.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in the Pharma industry to enhance training content.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team to optimize performance.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Oncology therapies and market trends.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Prepare detailed reports and analyses for senior management on training outcomes.

Profile

Manager, Product Trainer, should have:

* 5 years+ Experience in delivering training programs within Pharma Industry
* Experience in Oncology area is a big plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences.
* The ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
