Job Description

Join our team as an Ops Officer 1 and contribute to the smooth operation of our Toronto office. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment focused on back-office administrative tasks within the financial industry. The position involves a variety of tasks on a rotational basis, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, Tuesday and Wednesday).

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

Responsibilities
This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks on a rotational basis. Daily responsibilities will vary, requiring adaptability and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables), is crucial for data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to data entry, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel), be tech-savvy, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous administrative experience is required. Experience within the banking industry is a plus. A post-secondary education is preferred.
