Do you love teaching but don't want to go back into the classroom? Are you subbing but looking for something more consistent and meaningful? Huntington Learning Center is urgently hiring positive and passionate tutors to join our dynamic team at Kenton Ridge Elementary School. This position is for small group, reading instruction. This is in-person during the school day . This is NOT a remote position.

Position Details:

• Part-Time: Hours vary Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
• Duration: Now through May 2025, with potential for continuation over the summer and during the 2025-2026 school year.

Grade Levels: K-5

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
• Teaching certificate is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

• With Bachelor's Degree: From $22.00 per hour.
• With valid Teaching Certification: From $25.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.
• Utilize Huntington Learning Center’s instructional procedures and curriculum.
• Maintain student records of attendance and progress.
• Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times.
