Requirements of a Residential Sales Specialist:

• Directly engage with customers to present products, promotions, and services within an assigned territory to generate sales
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with current and prospective customers and act as the main point of contact for any questions or concerns
• Attend meetings with other Residential Sales Specialists to develop and improve sales performance and business growth
• Keep up-to-date records of all sales transactions and customer interactions to ensure a smooth enrollment process and maintain customer loyalty

Qualifications of a Residential Sales Specialist:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or as a Residential Sales Specialist preferred 
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive independently and as part of a team
• Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends 
• Ability to start within a 1-2 week timeframe
