What you´ll do

• 顧客の注文を受け、処理する
• 顧客との契約交渉
• 顧客との強固な取引関係の確立と維持
• 各顧客に対し、目標に沿った行動計画を策定する。
• 顧客のニーズがすべて満たされていることを確認するため、顧客ケアに立ち会う
• TAと連携し、教育の実施と販売への影響を調整する
• 支払いが滞っている場合、必要に応じて注文をブロックする
• 販売と流通の目標達成
• サロンにおけるマーチャンダイジングとブランド表現の徹底
• 報告や契約管理に関連する管理業務の遂行
• 市場の動向と関連商品知識を積極的に理解する。
• テリトリーカバレッジを最大化するためにNCAを積極的に成長させる
• 競合他社の状況とUSPを理解する

What makes you a good fit

• 3年以上の実務経験
• 関連業界での営業経験
• 代理店営業の経験・法人営業スキルが望ましい
• ルート営業経験が望ましい
• 英語スキルが望ましい
