Salary:
¥16,000,000 ~ 18,000,000 total annual compensation

The Role
- Oversee large-scale software projects being the glue between end-customers, partners (system integrators) and internal product teams
- Manage projects from start to finish from the initiation, scoping and planning to implementation to smooth transition for ongoing support and customer success
- Manage all aspects of successful project completion - budgeting, scope, time, risk mitigation and ensuring all relevant stakeholders are being kept in the loop
- Utilize software tools (Jira, confluence etc.) and further improve project best practices working in an Agile environment

Your Skills
- 10+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar customer engagements
- Strong preference for prior financial services experience i.e. Banking, Payments, Insurance etc.
- Experience leading complex software deployments, as the bridge between Japanese customers and overseas teams
- Proven track-record of successful project completion (within scope, time, budget)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Superb attention to detail - ability to anticipate upcoming needs and risks
- Ability to navigate through complexity and demands of Japanese customers
- Japanese (Native level); English (fluent level)
