Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Figma, Framer, or similar.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct usability research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Create responsive designs, icons, and visual assets that align with our brand.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life.
- Advocate for user needs and champion user-centric design principles.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded in all design solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual language.
Who You Are: Primary Competencies
- Experience designing and simplifying complex workflows
- Proficiency with prototyping and wireframing tools (Figma, Framer, etc.)
- Strong user advocacy and user-centric design thinking
- Proven ability to conduct usability research and apply insights
- Graphic design skills, including responsive design and icon/logo creation
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineering teams
Secondary Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
- Experience in data visualization
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
