Overview:
Join our team as a Student Assistant at our fast-paced office dedicated to chldren. We are looking for a motivated individual to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service. This position offers valuable experience for students interested in gaining practical skills in a professional setting.
Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.- Support the team with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support in person, over the phone, and via email.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently when needed.- Prior experience in administrative roles or medical office settings is advantageous.- Familiarity with data entry processes is a plus.
