Position: Agile Coach

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Manassas, VA

Job Description:

• Overall 7+ years of experience 4+ years as a Scrum Master or 3+ years as an IT Project Manager
• Scrum Master Certification
• PI Planning experience is a must
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience is a plus
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and XP, is a plus
• A candidate with good knowledge of the Banking & Financial industry and understanding of all major workflows associated with the healthcare claim processing is preferred
• Communication (oral, written, and listening), project management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, planning, and technical skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships throughout the organization
• Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictate
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
• Ability to be flexible and creative in problem solving and identifying process improvements
• Ability to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mindset
• Ability to adhere to corporate work ethic standards
